Nick Price has 12 years experience as a residential property developer.  In 2009 he became a BRE licensed assessor for the Code for Sustainable Homes to ensure he remains at the forefront of legislative changes forcing the building industry to become more sustainable.

In 2010 he formed Greentithe Limited which produces zero carbon homes as standard.  The company completed its first Level 5 homes in 2011.  The houses were accredited as Exemplar Homes by the Energy Saving Trust and subject to a detailed case study.  The company is currently working on further sustainable developments.  For more information please to go www.greentithe.co.uk

In 2012 he was amongst the first to be trained as a BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment Assessor.
